Tom Spraggs has over 14 years of experience in insurance and financial risk management, specialising in the Financial Lines market. He works with professional services firms to deliver tailored insurance programmes, including Professional Indemnity, Crime, and Directors’ & Officers’ coverage, serving clients from boutique advisory firms to global asset managers. Tom began his career at Baronsmead Partners and became Head of Asset Management in 2017 following its integration with AssuredPartners London. In 2021, he was appointed Divisional Director at Protean Risk (Howden Group), before establishing and leading the current UK Retail Team at BMS Group in 2024. He provides year-round advisory support on regulatory, claims, and general insurance matters, while partnering with other teams to offer comprehensive solutions, including Cyber Liability and General Liability coverage.
